Mrs. Bright began her teaching career at Mercer Elementary School in 2002.  She has taught second and fifth grades in the classroom and has also provided support services as a Title I teacher.  

She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education K-6 from LaRoche College.  Mrs. Bright graduated from Westminster College with a Masters Degree, focusing on reading.  She also earned her Reading Specialist Certification.  Mrs. Bright completed 33 credits beyond her Masters Degree in a variety of educational areas to support student needs.
