Mrs. Shepherd-Conner is in her 16th year of teaching at Mercer Area School District. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Slippery Rock University. Mrs. Shepherd-Conner also has a Master's Degree from Westminster College.
