Miss Ruhlman is in her fifth year of teaching at Mercer Elementary School. Miss Ruhlman graduated in 2013 from Edinboro University with her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and in 2019 from Westminster College with her master's degree. 

Miss Ruhlman enjoys cooking, shopping, and going out to eat with her family.
