Welcome to Room 205!  Mrs. Gawne has been teaching at Mercer Elementary since 2004.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Slippery Rock University and finished her Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Gannon University.  Prior to 2nd grade, she taught Title l reading/math and kindergarten.  Mrs. Gawne has also served as a classroom substitute, homebound tutor, and cheerleading coach for Mercer Area School District.
