Mr. Nych is enjoying his 14th year teaching at Mercer Elementary.  Nych's first 8 years were in 2nd grade.  Mr. Nych has been the Math Lab Instructor for the previous 6 years. Nych is also a Deputy Game Warden with the Pennsylvania Game Commission and published, award-winning outdoor writer.  Mr. Nych is a proud father of two (Leah and Noah) and devoted husband to one (Mrs. Nych 3rd Grade Teacher).
