Mercer Area School District 

Registering a New Student

In this section you will find necessary documents to register a new student at Mercer Elementary. These registration packets are also available in the main office.

At the time of registration, you should be prepared to present the following documents:

  • Copy of your child's proof of age (birth certificate)
  • Copy of your child's immunization record (must meet Pennsylvania immunization requirements)
  • Two current proofs of residency that establish that child resides within boundaries of the Mercer Area School District (i.e. mortgage statements, rental agreements, utility bills, driver's licence, etc.)
  • Custody paperwork (if applicable)

Upon completion of the registration materials, please return the completed forms to the main office of Mercer Area Elementary School, along with the items listed above. Please contact us in the office if you have any questions.
