Mass Notification System Blackboard Connect

The Mercer Area School District will offer both text and email alerts to parents via the Blackboard Connect Platform. (Below) Contact information for parents/guardians that are within the Student Information System will be used to send out notification messages to families. As such, it is incredibly important to update the school with any changes that are made to telephone numbers and/or email addresses throughout the school year.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to reach out to the main office of the building their child(ren) attends to update contact information if it changes during the school year. (Elementary Office: 724-662-5102 / Middle-High School Office: 724-662-5104)
If additional family members and/or members of the community are interested in receiving notifications from the school district, they can sign up using the Notification Signup Box below. Please note: the phone number that is entered for each individual should be a cell phone number in order to receive text message alerts.
