Who must be trained for Act 126?
Any employee / volunteer who has direct contact with children!
All employees of a school entity (including independent contractors), which is defined as a public school, charter school, cyber charter school, private school, nonpublic school, intermediate unit or area vocational-technical school, have direct contact with children. Direct contact with children is defined as "the possibility of care, supervision, guidance or control of children or routine interaction with children."

ACT 114 - Fingerprint information
FBI Fingerprint Waiver Form for Volunteers only
To qualify, both must apply:
1. You are unpaid
2. You have been a Pennsylvania resident for the entire previous ten (10) years.
If you do not qualify for the Affidavit to Waive the FBI fingerprint clearance, you will use Service Code 1KG6ZJ. (Please note that a fee does apply)
